Royal Enfield Hunter 350 Sport

Royal Enfield Hunter 350 Sport

The new entry-level Hunter 350 roadster has received an excellent response since its launch a few months back. It has become Royal Enfield’s second best-selling model after the Classic 350. Taking the success further, Royal Enfield will launch a more powerful Hunter 350 Sport model in 2024.

Engine

The Royal Enfield Hunter 350 Sport will draw power from a bigger 411cc, four-stroke, single-cylinder, air-cooled fuel-injected engine. This motor generates 30.5hp at 6500 rpm and 35 Nm of peak torque at 4000 rpm in the Royal Enfield Meteor 350. Expect similar output in the Hunter Sport.

Design and Features

It will get a slightly more aggressive-looking styling compared to the Roadster Hunter 350. The Hunter 350 Sport is likely to feature meatier upside-down front forks, preload adjustable rear mono shock absorbers, disc brakes on both wheels, block pattern tyres and dual-channel ABS. A digital-analogue instrument cluster and LED lighting will be offered.

Being a premium variant over the standard Hunter 350, expect the Hunter 350 Sport to be priced from Rs. 1.75 lakhs onwards. It will compete with the KTM 390 Duke and BMW G310 R.

Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 Tourer

Royal Enfield will expand the Super Meteor 650 range further by introducing a more touring-focused variant – the Super Meteor 650 Tourer.

Engine

It will continue using the same air/oil-cooled 648cc parallel-twin engine that produces 47hp power at 7250 rpm and 52 Nm torque at 5250 rpm.

Design and Features

The major changes will be longer travel suspension, 5-spoke alloy wheels (19-inch front and 16-inch rear) shod with tubeless tyres, taller windscreen, wider and comfier seat, pannier mounting points, engine bash plate and knuckle guards. These will enhance its touring ability significantly.

Expected Pricing

Expect the Super Meteor 650 Tourer to demand around Rs. 3,48,900 to Rs 3,63,900 more than the standard model. Estimated pricing is Rs. 3.8 lakhs onwards.
